Village mix of grated cheese with gruyere

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Τοποθετούμε τις πατάτες σε ένα ταψί. Τις αλείφουμε με το ελαιόλαδο και τις ψήνουμε για 1 ώρα, ώστε να είναι μαγειρεμένες και στο εσωτερικό τους.
Place the potatoes in a pan. Coat them with olive oil and bake for 1 hour, so that they are cooked inside.
Lower the oven to 175C.
With a sharp knife, cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Remove the inside of the potato and place it in the bowl.
Leave the edge of each potato intact to use as a base.
Place the empty shell of each potato in a pan.
Mix potatoes with butter, bacon and cream.
Add grated cheese, milk, salt, green onions and pepper and mix well.
Caution! If you want to put the potatoes in the fridge, do not add the onions.
Fill each potato shell with the mixture so that it looks rich.
Add an additional mixture of grated cheese with gruyere and put it in the oven to warm for about 15-20 minutes and serve.
