Ingredients
- 8 potatoes washed
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 220 gr butter salted
- 1 cup bacon in pieces
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup Village mix of grated cheese with gruyere
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tea spoon salt
- 3 spring onions sliced
- black pepper freshly crushed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C.
- Τοποθετούμε τις πατάτες σε ένα ταψί. Τις αλείφουμε με το ελαιόλαδο και τις ψήνουμε για 1 ώρα, ώστε να είναι μαγειρεμένες και στο εσωτερικό τους.
- Place the potatoes in a pan. Coat them with olive oil and bake for 1 hour, so that they are cooked inside.
- Lower the oven to 175C.
- With a sharp knife, cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Remove the inside of the potato and place it in the bowl.
- Leave the edge of each potato intact to use as a base.
- Place the empty shell of each potato in a pan.
- Mix potatoes with butter, bacon and cream.
- Add grated cheese, milk, salt, green onions and pepper and mix well.
- Caution! If you want to put the potatoes in the fridge, do not add the onions.
- Fill each potato shell with the mixture so that it looks rich.
- Add an additional mixture of grated cheese with gruyere and put it in the oven to warm for about 15-20 minutes and serve.
